Job Purpose:

The Director of Digital Marketing will own the strategy and execution of PrimeRevenue’s digital marketing programs and results, including web site and all digital lead/demand generation efforts. This role will guide the organization in the prioritization, development, and execution of a plan to elevate and extend the brand, create demand, and drive growth.

Job Functions:

  • Own strategy and execution of the web site and associated conversion tools and strategies
  • Own all digital channel marketing strategy and execution, including content marketing on LinkedIn, Google Adwords, Terminus and other distributed and vertical-market digital advertising platforms
  • B2B email marketing strategy and execution to large and mid-market enterprise buyer personas
  • Continue to hone and improve our conversion strategies and execution to drive high quality Leads/MQLs/SALs/SQLs
  • Manage a small, high-performance TEAM of digital marketing professionals, which will grow over time

Job Qualifications:

  • B2B web site development and management expertise
  • Experience with a sophisticated marketing technology stack
  • Analytical revenue marketing background which includes multi-channel campaign development, tracking and ROI measurement
  • Experience with processes that drive LEAD to MQA to MQL to SAL to SQL conversions 
  • An ability to develop and document a digital multi-channel marketing plan that rolls forward in 3 – 6 month intervals
  • Experience creating and managing to a budget
  • Highly professional written, oral and presentation communication skills
  • Collaborative approach to managing a TEAM with a strong understanding and empathy for internal and external customers
  • Highly motivated self-starter leader willing to push themselves and their TEAM toward goal achievement
  • Experience in financial services preferred, but not required
