Job Purpose:

We currently have an excellent opportunity available for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in our Atlanta headquarters office. Reporting to the Director of HR, this position will provide professional HR support to all areas of our business, and will be heavily involved in compliance maintenance, employee relations, on boarding, performance management, compensation administration, and culture development.

Job Functions:

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department
  • Coordinate and support the PrimeRevenue employee lifecycle
  • Payroll administration
  • Exercise employment best practices and facilitate/support training and development initiatives
  • Provide HR point of service, administer tools and support employees on all HR policies and procedures
  • Partner with and advise the management TEAM on the resolution of employee relations, corrective action, and performance issues
  • Partner with HR Director and advise plans to improve employee retention, succession planning, and overall team morale
  • Investigate allegations and violations of company policy
  • Ensure inquiries and issues are handled in a timely and effective manner per process and legal timescales with professionalism, fairness and consistency
  • Be able to take on Ad Hoc HR projects and programs to support the overall business objectives
  • Help create an environment of positive morale through an open-door philosophy
  • Lead the on-boarding process, including orientation, new hire paperwork collection, preparing managers, and facilitating periodic check-ins.
  • Drive the off-board process for separating employees which includes preparation of managers, conducting exit interviews, and informing other departments as necessary.
  • Administration of HRIS systems and employment records
  • Develop and implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of Human Resources programs

  • Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office / Word / Excel / PowerPoint 
  • Bachelor’s degree required - Human Resources/Business or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resource role
  • Certification in HR (PHR or other HR related certification) a plus
